What is Pole?

Pole-ing is a highly effective form of physical & mental exercise combining dance & acrobatics centered on a vertical pole.


Pole-ing develops your cardiovascular stamina, is emotionally healing, increases flexibility, builds agility, strength, balance, embraces body positivity & sexuality, & is LOTS of fun.


What is Mat Pilates?

Focuses on engaging the mind and body to  strengthen the body, improve balance & mobility, increase coordination, & decrease stress. It is a great way to cross-train to prevent injury. The movements are accommodating to anyone wanting to improve their ability to move with strength, ease, & grace.
